DEMO BIKES AND DEMO LOOP

At the Kielder Calling demo bikes will be available from Kona, Yeti and Commencal. Take this opportunity to try out the latest tech from these major manufacturers. A dedicated demo loop takes in some of the new Kielder Trails and gives you a taste of whats on offer. A great chance to try before you buy.

There’s also kids bikes to demo so the whole family can take a trip and get fitted up for a mini mountain biking adventure. Get expert advice on the right size and type of bike for riding ability and help your kids get the most out of riding. We even have bikes for toddlers, specially designed without pedals to enhance balance and increase confidence. A dedicated area  is available to ride and roll infront of Purple Mountain Bike Centre.

A ride on any of these demo bikes is free and availablility will be on a first come first served basis. You will be able to book on to rides later in the day if your chosen bike is not readily available.

To take out a demo bike bike you will need a helmet, photo ID (driving licence or passport) and a valid credit card. These must be presented at the demo area prior to your ride, no exceptions will be allowed.
